Kaminari Records is a Portugal-based independent label whose sole commitment is to release, produce or enjoy good, interesting, intellectually defying, mind-blowing music, with no time, place or money constraints. We release whatever we want, whenever we want. Born in 2001, Kaminari records has been searching for original and honest musical approaches, regardless of style or place, able to defy our usual musical concepts and categories.

Our approach grew with the will to support and deliver the artistic efforts of the band Primitive Reason and its members. Yet, through time we have opened our ears to other efforts from different artists elsewhere.

Our artists are not bound to recording contracts, thus giving them the freedom to pursue their future artistic endeavors as they seem fit.
